(1). The Music Space.
I am an accomplished singer/songwriter who came of age writing original songs and performing, opening for the likes of John Mayer, Little River Band, Styx, David Crosby, Huey Lewis and the News, and more. You can find my original music on your favorite streaming service. Look up "Anastasia Spiecker," "Anastasia Forrest," and "Sean and Anastasia."
I studied Music Therapy in graduate school FSU, worked for a time as a "Music Leader" at the ARC of St. Johns, and currently provide sacred music in places of worship when requested.
(2).The Author Space.
I've written and self-published three books. "The 30-Day Sobriety Experiment" (2022);"The Creative Real Estate Agent" (2023); and "Angels and Accidents: Confessions of a Cancer Survivor" (2024). All available on Amazon in paperback or Kindle Unlimited.
I publish a newsletter when inspiration strikes called "Journey of Freedom" on Linked In and send issues out through my e-mailing list. The topic falls under the consciousness/spirituality/philosophy/personal development umbrella.
(3). The Sewing Space.
I became interested in sewing in 2024 and have since gone quite deep into that hobby, particularly in creating clothing. I host a YouTube channel called "The Sewing Chapter" where I post sew alongs, sewing tutorials, fabric and pattern reviews, and more.
I occasionally take on custom and/or alteration projects.
(4). The Teaching Space.
I teach lessons virtually and from my home in guitar, ukulele, piano, or sewing.
(5). The Real Estate Space.
I am a licensed real estate broker and operate a husband-and-wife real estate brokerage called "Sean and Anastasia Realty" alongside my husband Sean, who is a Realtor and General Contractor. This means, between the two of us, we can help you build or find and buy the home of your dreams in the beautiful St. Augustine, Florida area.
(6). The Cancer Survivorship Space.
I am a long-term cancer survivor (17 years as of April 2026) as I was diagnosed with and treated for Hodgkin's Lymphoma in 2009, when I was in my early 20s. As a recipient of chemotherapy and proton therapy (a form of radiation treatment), I am an advocate for medical research, long-term survivorship research, and compassionate care.
I think that just about covers it for now!
I look forward to connecting with you.
I feel like I have lived so many different lives with the various interests that have captivated me over the years.
It is said that humans are made in the image of God- the "Imago Dei" - and lately I think the tendency toward multifaceted-ness may be a little reflection of the infinite nature of our inner "Imago Dei."
There can certainly be outer pressure to simplify, hone in, to pick one thing and abandon the others. To identify as a singular role and build one's life around that.
However, some of the historical figures I've most admired, such as Leonardo Da Vinci and Hildegard of Bingen, had many different interests and skills, and spent time developing in a variety of spaces.
In the acceptance of multifaceted-ness, I split my "About" section into spaces, and aimed to include a summary of what each contains.
